These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website operated by BrandNew Exterior Cleaning(“we”, “us”). This is a general set of website terms for a small-business marketing site and is not legal advice. The written estimate you receive for a specific job is governed by its own terms, which we’ll share before any work begins.
Use of the site
You may use this website to learn about our services and to request an estimate. Please use the site lawfully — no attempts to disrupt the site, misuse the estimate form, or submit false information.
Estimates and scope of work
Information on this site is a general description of our services. Actual pricing, scope, timing, and results depend on the specific property and are set out in a written estimate. Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract to perform work; we confirm scope and timing separately.
No guarantees of results
Exterior cleaning results depend on many factors, including the age and condition of the surface, prior treatments, weather, and materials. We describe the outcomes we reasonably expect for a given surface but do not guarantee complete removal of every stain, discoloration, or defect.
Third-party links and content
This site may link to third-party websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
