Who we are
BrandNew Exterior Cleaning is a newer, locally operated exterior cleaning business based in Citrus Heights, California. We focus specifically on the exterior of a property — siding, stucco, driveways, walkways, patios, and fences — for residential properties.
How we approach the work
Our approach is straightforward: identify the surface, choose the right cleaning method, protect what surrounds it, and confirm the result at the end. Painted siding, stucco, roofing, concrete, and glass all respond to cleaning differently, so we match the method to the surface — pressure washing where it belongs and soft washing where it belongs — rather than pushing every job through the same process.
What we prioritize
- Clear communication before, during, and after the job.
- A defined scope in writing — you know what’s included and what isn’t before we start.
- Reasonable precautions around landscaping, fixtures, and adjacent property.
- Surface-appropriate methods and cleaning products.
- A final walkthrough before we consider the job complete.
